New branch at Somajiguda, Hyderabad.
The Somajiguda area is full of offices and most of these working professionals want to take up Communication Skills class before or after their work hours. Russell’s Spoken English has now set up a center in the Somajiguda area to cater to the needs of these professionals. The center is operational throughout the day and has special batches for people who want to focus on Presentation Skills, Group Discussion Skills & Communication skills.
New Branch at Rethibowli, Hyderabad.
Russell’s Spoken English as over 15 centers in Hyderabad and has been in the city for the past 25 years. Russell’s already has a center in Medhipatnam but that location wasn’t able to serve students from the Rethibowli and Attapur areas. Thus, the decision was taken to set up a center at Rethobowli, opposite Pillar Number 26. It is now a full-fledged center with multiple classrooms and a counseling room.
Working with the Andhra Pradesh Government
Russell’s is proud to be part of the Andhra Pradesh Government’s initiatives to provide English language training to economically backward learners. Russell’s has also been very successful at helping them get jobs through its job fairs.

Tamil Nadu is one of the fastest growing states of India. New Delhi is the political nerve center of India. Having a center in this great city has always been the mark of an established brand. Russell’s has now begun operations from its first center at Noida. This center is dedicated to teaching effective Communication skills to individuals and corporates at a reasonably priced package.
Successful training of Government employees
Russell’s has recently completed training of a large number of government employees. These employees of the Andhra Pradesh government were drawn together from diverse departments and they came with varied backgrounds. But within few weeks, even the most hesitant employee started speaking up with confidence. Russell’s program helped them realize the potential within them and their superiors were pleased with the outcome of the language training.
A very successful 2009 and a dynamic 2010:
2009 was a great year for Russell’s Spoken English. The company grew in every sphere, despite a recessionary market.This can be clearly attributed to the firm’s concern for its students’ job placement. Design your own course:
Russell’s Spoken English has launched a novel way of learning English, giving the student the flexibility to choose the modules he/she wishes to learn and the topics he/she feels the need to brush up on. Under the ‘Design your own course’ system, the student can choose his/her preferred course duration. The contexts in which the students speak will be designed by the trainers to suit their language needs. This new learning system has taken the market by storm and has proven immensely popular. Students today, are aware of their needs in English and to have a customized English learning course gives Russell’s Spoken English an edge over others. This helps Russell’s Spoken English to continue to be a pioneer in this ever-changing industry.
New in house training programme.
Russell’s Research and Development Division has launched a new training programme for all its frontline staff. The training programme will focus on helping the staff members understand a student’s need better and also guarantee that those needs are communicated to the academic department. Employees of Russell’s will undergo similar programmes depending on the training needs expressed by the department concerned or based on the preset training calendar.

A new Russell’s branch has been set up in the picturesque city of Nalgonda. The center is headed by a competent team that has years of experience in the field of teaching. Some of the team members are renowned in the city of Nalgonda. The local residents are also delighted to have a Russell’s center in their city as they will no longer have to travel over 100 kilometers to reach the next closest Russell’s center in Hyderabad. Launch of New student material.
The Research and Developing wing has brought out suitable study material for learners of Spoken English I, Spoken English II and Soft Skills. The new study material comprises of Grammar with a variety of exercises to help the learner grasp the principles of Grammar with relevant vocabulary. The study material is provided to every student who enrolls himself for the course. He is able to follow the classes, practice the exercises and is able to conduct himself in an accepted manner both by society and the work place.
New center at Nizamabad, Andhra Pradesh.
Nizamabad is a developing town of Andhra Pradesh. The students of Nizamabad do not have the right institutes that can offer them help in loving their conversational skills required in the present scenario. The students were traveling all the way to the cities to acquire these skills. Many students from Nizamabad enrolled themselves at Russell’s Institute of Spoken English, Hyderabad. It was then that Russell’s came up with the idea of opening the institute at Nizamabad on the request of the students. Russell’s Spoken English (P) Ltd has recently been invited to join the prestigious Confederation o Indian Industry (CII). Russell’s has nominated its executive director Mr.Zaheer to represent Russell’s at CII meetings. Mr. Zaheer also been nominated as a member of the educational sub committee of CII. Russell’s Spoken English is also very active member of Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce and Industry (FICCI).
ISO 9001:2000 Certification.
Russell’s Institute of Spoken English has been awarded a certificate of registration for ISO 9001-2000 by an authorized firm ‘Intertek Systems’ exclusively for Quality Management systems which is applicable to design and Development of spoken English.The Vice President (Academics) was the Management Representative who accompanied the auditors. The auditors observed that the systems deployed across the sites were uniform and there were no discrepancies in the system whatsoever.
Launch of Distance Learning Program.
Russell’s Institute of Spoken English has launched its Distance Learning Program exclusively for learners who wish to learn Spoken English at their own pace right from their homes. This program would help learners at all levels, be it at the fundamental or advanced level. The program has both audio and visual aids to help the learner. The course has been designed by experienced faculty from the R & D wing. The product is supported by the trainers of Russell’s, through the life of the program.
Job Fairs at Russell’s Centers.
HR Personnel from reputed companies would be invited to interview Russell’s students and select them according to their needs. The students are well trained to face the interviewers. The trainers groom the students related to body language, expression, Mother Tongue influence, confidence levels and general awareness. The students have exposure to many language activities which helps them answer questions with ease. The Job fair is also an excellent platform for the students to assess themselves and find out how they fit into the present job market.

Russell’s Institute of Spoken English has made its presence felt in the Financial Capital of India, Mumbai.
