Quality Policy

The constant endeavor to deliver services of par excellence in training learners to achieve their long cherished desire to communicate in English has been of prime importance at Russell's. This commitment to quality, has been the driving force to bring in uniformity in operations at different branches and has germinated the idea to have quality management system in place

The entire staff was given orientation towards ISO Certification. All the employees geared up for standardizing procedures. It was an arduous task taken up. Detailed planning was done. All the processes that were considered necessary for standardization were identified. Vision and mission statements were formalized with consent of everyone in the organization. Strategic goals and objectives were set. All the processes were aligned with the objectives set for the organization.

The real challenge came in for implementing and documenting the same. Inspite of the hurdles posed we didn't compromise on tailor-made solutions to individual needs which have always been of prime importance despite norms and certain strict rules to be adhered for ISO Certification. Analyses of all the processes followed were done and the pertinent feedback was documented.

Essential steps were taken to bring in the requisite changes for the health of the organization. Due care was taken to incorporate Risk Management System for internal and external threats posed by various factors. Special team was nominated and assigned the task to monitor the smooth progress in the process.

ISO Certification audit was conducted and KPMG certified the system. They are quality registrars who have assessed the quality system in accordance to the standard ISO 9001: 2000.

Long cherished desire to have a quality management system in place has further focused to align ourselves with the objectives set for continual improvement in the operations of the organisation.Regular internal audits are conducted by trained auditors. Results are thoroughly reviewed. Suggestions for improvement are circulated to the employees and the same are incorporated.

Surveillance audit is conducted once in six months by accreditation body.
